We offer Free Shipping to customers within the Continental USA for orders reachable by regular Ground and Freight Services. Shipping costs are already factored into our pricing. Please note that addresses requiring delivery by plane or boat, or areas with limited access, may be subject to additional fees and are not included in Free Shipping.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the large size and weight of our products, shipping costs are significant. Please be certain of your selection before ordering. Our return policy covers damaged or defective products only - "buyer's remorse" returns are not accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact Customer Service within 15 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged or defective. We may issue a replacement or refund after review. For shipping damage, photos of the product and packaging are required for carrier claims.
General Returns: Limited returns may be accepted for items in "new, unused, and resellable condition" with prior approval. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items must include original packaging, paperwork, and all parts. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, less applicable fees.
Restocking Fees
A 5% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders after acceptance, including accidental orders, duplicate orders, and customer-initiated cancellations. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs.
Freight Shipping Requirements
For freight shipments, a working customer contact phone number is required for delivery scheduling. This is especially important for Amazon and third-party platform orders where customer contact information may be protected. Failure to provide working contact information may result in storage fees and delivery delays.

Brick and mortar customers have a minimum order requirement of $2,500 for free shipping to commercial addresses. Orders are palletized and shipped without liftgate service to qualifying commercial locations.
