Special Denim Color Information

Because our Denim uses an integral blue colorant, there is an upcharge for this color. Blue colorant is significantly more expensive than our other colors and we are constantly shopping this to keep our prices low. This is per order and the upcharge depends on the quantity and products ordered.

Standard Ground Shipping

• Items under 150 pounds typically ship via FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers

Standard Freight Shipping

• Slickrock Concrete products over 150 pounds ship via specialized freight carriers
• Free curbside delivery with lift gate service included
• The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery (valid phone number required)
• Inspect all freight shipments upon delivery and note any damage to the delivery receipt
• Backyard Ember is not responsible for damages not reported at the time of delivery

Shipping Options

• $8.95 Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $99 ship for just $8.95 within the contiguous 48 states
• Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states
• Expedited Shipping: Available for most items at additional cost; contact our customer service team regarding the price

Freight Damage

• Customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt
• If damage is seen upon delivery, REFUSE delivery of the product and let the delivery personnel know of those damages

Return Policy for Slickrock Concrete Products

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all components
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of return authorization

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order Slickrock Concrete features and accessories
• Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Clearance or final sale merchandise
• Fire glass, lava rock, and other fire media once opened
• Certain Slickrock products marked as non-returnable in product description

Manufacturer Defects & Shipping Damage

• For suspected manufacturer defects, our team will first attempt repair solutions
• If repair isn't feasible, we'll assist with replacement according to Slickrock Concrete's warranty terms
• Shipping damage must be noted upon delivery and reported immediately with photos

Return Process

1. Complete our online return request form
2. Include order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request (photos may be required)
4. If approved, you'll receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
5. Package item securely in original packaging with all components
6. Attach provided return label(s) and ship via specified carrier

Refunds & Fees

• Refunds are processed after item inspection at our warehouse
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified
• A 25% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns
