Standard Ground Shipping

Items weighing under 150 pounds typically ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar carriers for fast processing and delivery. If your outdoor fire pit or other product arrives damaged, please take detailed photos and contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Standard Freight Shipping

Larger items over 150 pounds, including many of our premium fire pits and outdoor heating solutions, ship via freight carrier with free curbside delivery and lift gate service included. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time, so please ensure you provide a valid phone number at checkout.
