Base Options Comparison
Original TOP Torch Base (OPT-TT22M) Original TOP Torches: Built-in Needle valve for precise flame adjustment, torches can be fitted onto any 2 1/2″ post with hex bolts, 3/8″ flared gas inlet.
This traditional base design allows for precise control of flame height and intensity through the built-in needle valve. This is the best option if the torch is to be installed on a post with the gas line hidden inside the post. The base connects to a standard 2½" post with included hex bolts, making it ideal for installations where the gas line runs through the post itself.
TOP-LITE Torch Base (OPT-TCH22SS) TOP-Lite Torch Base: Designed for easy installation. 1/2″ Gas inlet torches can be fitted to any 1/2″ gas pipe with threading. NO NEEDLE VALVE.
TOP-LITE Torch base is designed for easy and fast installation. It has a female ½" gas inlet. Torches with the TOP-LITE base can be fitted onto any ½" gas pipe with threading. This configuration provides a cleaner look and simpler setup, particularly suited for applications where the gas pipe comes directly from the ground or wall.
Complete Kit Option
Complete Kit Includes: Torch Head, In-Ground Post, Anchoring Post, Deck Post, SS Whistle-Free Flex Hose 1/2" (Natural Gas), LP Regulator 8" (Liquid Propane). The durable post has a 2.5-inch diameter and provides easy connection to your gas source.
Performance & Applications
All are proudly made in the USA. They are compatible with either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane and operate at 20,000 BTU/hr. Torches are for outdoor use only and should not be used during rain. Available in match-lit ignition options only.

Installation Options
Installation is easy! Just connect the Torch Head to the Mounting Torch Base then connect it to a post. If you don't have a post, you can purchase the In-Ground Torch Post as an accessory; a gas line can be hidden inside this post.
Additional mounting options include:
- Deck Post mounting plate: If installing on a Deck or Patio, you may also choose to add the Deck Post mounting plate. The Deck Post is made of Steel and has a black powder coating.

- Propane Tank Cover for concealing fuel tanks
